At Casifyo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.
RETURN POLICY
Timeframe: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
Return Labels (US Orders):
For returns seeking store credit, pre-paid return labels are sent free of charge.
For returns seeking a cash refund, pre-paid return labels are sent with a $5 handling fee.
Condition of Merchandise: Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
Original Packaging: Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging.
Final Sale Items: Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders: International orders (outside the US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label.
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
Timeframe: Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the original order date.
Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we’ve received the exchanged item.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Labels (US Orders): Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for all exchanges (US Only).
International Orders: International orders (outside the US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label.
Exchange Limit: An order can only be exchanged once.
COUPON CODES
Discount Code Application: If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout, we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order.
One Code Per Purchase: Only one code can be used on a purchase.
Retroactive Application: Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped.
